Your data is stored in an isolated Google Cloud account unique to your organization. Your data can only be accessed by users within your organization and authorized 99 Ravens personnel for support and maintenance purposes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
5.1 Service Providers and Sub-processors

We may share your information with third-party service providers who require access to such information to provide services on our behalf, such as but not limited to:

  • Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure for hosting services
  • Anthropic, Google, Cohere, Mistral and OpenAI for AI processing services

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purpose of providing services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
