Rebranding at scale with AI


Rebranding a global enterprise is a monumental undertaking. While a company expands, its brand and messaging must subtly adapt to diverse cultures, regional competitors, and national regulations. The ideal outcome is a unified brand identity, but the reality often involves a patchwork of loosely coordinated elements. This makes evolving the brand a Herculean task, frequently demanding over a year of distributed effort across global and local teams.

One global CMO faced an even greater challenge: she needed to coordinate a rebrand across five regions in a single quarter. Spanning 17 hours of time zones and with only two months before creative assets were due, she required a way to scale her oversight across hundreds of projects and the teams delivering them, without resorting to 24-hour workdays.

Partnering with 99Ravens, the CMO rapidly deployed an AI workflow agent specifically for her rebrand initiative. This intelligent agent managed basic feedback on rebrand standards and messaging, freeing up her valuable time for critical decisions regarding the nuances of brand messaging. By having her team develop campaign and communications strategies directly within the 99Ravens platform, she was able to enforce coherence to the new brand and gain immediate insights into areas of team confusion or potential roadblocks for the rebrand.

Post-deployment, the CMO’s time shifted from answering routine questions to making complex, nuanced decisions about how and when to adapt the brand for local needs. Crucially, these instances were proactively flagged to her during the strategy and planning phases, preventing last-minute issues during production.  The result was a marked decrease in meetings during the planning phase, no re-briefing or creative revisions for brand reasons during rollout ultimately leading to a cohesive rebrand in record time.
